However, leadership development begin with shaping our perspectives and character development. Leaders are to live at a higher levels than others as a lifestyle and foundation for effective and sustainable leadership. In this training, we focus on eight (8) kingdom lifestyles that must be built into our lives to live a higher lifestyle, to see the world from God’s perspectives and to lead with joy and supernatural wisdom.
