Foundation matters! This training focuses on solving problems by dealing with what was wrong or faulty in the foundations that causes destruction be it individual, marriage and family, community and nation. We may not understand why many people are struggling unnecessarily and many marriages, families, organizations, businesses and nations are being destroyed until we take a critical look of the effects of negative or faulty foundations responsible for such destruction. We may not understand why many leaders fail in their leadership responsibilities until we uncover how the foundations of their lives and the thrones they occupy have influenced such failures. The standard is that we need to critically examine and deal with the ‘roots’ of problems and rebuild proper foundations that will enhance healing, transformation, restoration and sustainable development.
